We are creating new ways of sharing mindfulness and meditation practices with you to help you garner resilience and bring ease into your daily routine. Please join us for our monthly Online Practice Group the first Wednesday of each month from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (PDT) to learn supportive Mindful Medicine On-The-Go practices from Dr. Jan Chozen Bays that can help you foster a place of clarity and strength inside.
