Weekly Gathering Overview
Mindful Medicine on the Go is a weekly virtual gathering designed for all healthcare providers and mental health professionals.

Each week our facilitators introduce weekly mindfulness exercises specially tailored to the busy life of a clinician. These exercises can be done anywhere, and can add the spice of curiosity, investigation, and discovery into every “ordinary” day.

These are held each Wednesday evening from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. (PST)
Join our mailing list to gain access to each week’s virtual link (through Zoom).
