Join us the third Thursday of each month for a guided practice. This is an open group for those who have attended a Mindful Medicine retreat or for those desiring to integrate mindfulness personally and professionally. Focus will be on enhancing compassion, presence and resiliency. (Times are Pacific Daylight Time)
