Thank you for inquiring about mindfulness classes for your group. Here are some descriptions to begin a conversation about your needs. Custom tailoring of programs can include an emphasis on reducing and preventing burnout, self-compassion, formal and informal mindfulness practices, or to address specific issues facing your group.

One Hour Introductory Taste of Mindfulness and Stress Reduction

  • Tailored message for your needs
  • Participants will learn a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices that can be used immediately.
  • Resource materials for further practice provided
  • Cost scaleable depending on size of groups.

Half-Day Intro to Mindfulness

  • 4-hours direct instruction
  • Participants will learn a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices that can be used immediately.
  • No need of mats or cushions
  • Resource materials for further practice provided
  • Optional – Participants learn the skills and practice mindful eating using their own favorite foods.

One-Day Intro to Mindfulness

  • 7 hours direct instruction (typically 9am -4pm or 10am -5pm)
  • Participants will learn a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices that can be used immediately.
  • Participants learn the skills and practice mindful eating using their own favorite foods.
  • Sitting supplies, mats, etc can be provided for a group of 15 or less.
