Custom tailoring of programs can include an emphasis on reducing and preventing burnout, self-compassion, formal and informal mindfulness practices, or to address specific issues facing your group.
One Hour Introductory Taste of Mindfulness and Stress Reduction
- Tailored message for your needs
- Participants will learn a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices that can be used immediately.
- Resource materials for further practice provided
- Cost scaleable depending on size of groups.
Half-Day Intro to Mindfulness
- 4-hours direct instruction
- Participants will learn a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices that can be used immediately.
- No need of mats or cushions
- Resource materials for further practice provided
- Optional – Participants learn the skills and practice mindful eating using their own favorite foods.
One-Day Intro to Mindfulness
- 7 hours direct instruction (typically 9am -4pm or 10am -5pm)
- Participants will learn a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices that can be used immediately.
- Participants learn the skills and practice mindful eating using their own favorite foods.
- Sitting supplies, mats, etc can be provided for a group of 15 or less.
